HP Mini-Q Atom PC Desktop

It seems that HP is in a low-cost computing with its Mini-Q Net PC. This entry-level mini-tower PC comes in two variants. The first of these is the HP 2030 Mini-Q which has a 1.6GHz Intel Atom Dual-Core CPU, 2 GB of DDR2 RAM, 160 GB SATA hard drive (7,200 rpm), dual-layer DVD Burner, and Microsoft Windows Vista OS.

The second is the HP Mini-Q 2020 that comes equipped with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom single-core CPU with 1GB of RAM and Microsoft Windows XP. The HP Mini-Q and HP 2030 Mini-Q 2020 are priced at $ 386 and $ 296 respectively.
