Have you seen the advertiser at printed media, website or etc about vacancies? Yes, they usually will announce the available positions can be applied for everyone – including job descriptions for each position, skill requirement, minimum work experiences in previous company and etc.

Recruitment itself can be done with many ways. One of them – candidates will come directly to the office and doing some testing and interview. Second ways could be interviewed by phone – it’s more difficult to recognized skill of candidates. Another ways – candidates will be populated in the same area and same time to do some test and interview – usually recruitment will be held in a place that has been setup for technical testing and interview.

In my company experience, recruitment of junior staff will be done with two ways above – rarely do we recruitment with option 3, probably it could be done when we need bunch of employees.
